Out There Not Getting a Season 2 on IFC
Sorry to ruin your Cheerios…
We were really pulling for this one, too. But, alas all good things must come to an end as IFC has decided NOT to renew the critically acclaimed series Out There for a second season. To be honest we surmised whether or not putting a brand-new series on Friday nights was a good idea on the part of IFC, and although we aren’t sure if this was a contributing factor, it certainly could not have helped.
That said, creator Ryan Quincy had this to say on his Facebook page about the cancellation:
Got the news. Out There won’t be renewed.
Bummer, but proud of what we made and grateful for gettin it on the air. Thanks, everybody!
We called the series the best new one of 2013…so far and we stand by that. Not sure if this means IFC is out of the cartoon biz for good as a lot of people were excited about Timm’s Industrial Piping an upcoming stop-mo series but we haven’t heard much of anything since it was first announced a couple of months back. In the meantime here’s hoping that Out There finds a new home.
New year and still hiding and supporting the censorship org The PTC that post disinformation as well. And you can't handle the truth that I expose them and tell the truth about them Lil Al that is a fanboy of The PTC. There wrong about the UCLA study that teens don't want sex on TV shows or movies which was flawed and without merit and baseless as well which you seem not to get Litttle Al. Anf you should not support censorship and what The PTC stands since their liars can't back up their claims either as they have no facts or proof either. The facts are the fact Lil Al which you can't handle.
