Myself and Carl both picked the Jets last week and as such we both lost. This counts as my first losing streak of the season whereas Carl has a bunch of losses so as such we both are now looking to right the ship and as such we both picked the Broncos to beat the Colts. Let’s do the breakdowns, shall we?

Denver Broncos

Broncos: This week the Broncos get back their quarterback…on Defense. That’s right, Von Miller returns to the Broncos D-Line and boy could they use him because their Pass D ranks DEAD last in the NFL, so hopefully Von can come in and chase Andrew Luck around and force him to make bad plays. Their run defense is ranked 1st, but I actually think it will be their run O that makes the difference because with the Colts’ Run D being as awful as it is, I’m pretty sure I could get up and run for a 100 yards against them. Oh yea, and don’t think for five seconds Peyton isn’t thinking about all of the BS Jim Irsay has been spouting this week in the press.

Indianapolis Colts

Colts: I actually like Andrew Luck, but I think he’s one of those QBs that will always need a Coordinator helping him out.Last week he struggled against a Charger’s D that seemed to have the Colts playbook saved on their iPads and as such Andrew Luck was shit out. Their Run D is atrocious so I’d be worried here, and overall their Offense is very in the middle of the pack in the NFL, but if I’m them I’m running the ball 25 times pointed directly at Von Miller. This way you take the best player on the Broncos D, neutralize him, and also rack up solid yardage on the ground.
